How to create a perfect study routine



1. Set Clear Goals

Select an option on what to do.

Exams

Skill learning

Work + study balance

List your goals (daily, weekly and monthly).



2. Know Your Daily Time

List your fixed activities:

Sleep

College/work

Meals

Travel

This is a sign of free time in learning.



3. Study When Your Mind Is Fresh

Learning hard: Morning Good in learning.

Afternoon Revision / light study Afternoon.

Evening time Practice, reading, skills.

Choose the slots that are appropriate to you.



4. Use Time Blocks

Study in brief and focused groups:

45–50 minutes study

10–15 minutes break

This increases concentration and there is no burnout.



5. Mix Subjects Smartly

Do not go studying one thing all day.

Combine:

Theory + practical

Hard + easy subjects

This keeps your mind active.




6. Add Daily Revision Time

Restate what you have read on the same day.

Weekly revision on weekends

Revision = long-term memory 



7. Be Realistic (Very Important!)

And do not be too preoccupied with your schedule.

Include:

Rest

Exercise

Entertainment

Flexible schedule is better than strict schedule.



8. Review & Improve Weekly

At the end of the week

Reshape your schedule.

Sample of Day-to-day Timetable.

6:00–7:00 → Study (difficult subject)

7:00–8:00 → Get ready / breakfast

9:00–4:00 → College / work

5:00–6:00 → Revision

6:30–7:30 → Practice / homework

9:00–9:30 → Light reading / planning
