It seems that, as a student, there is not enough time to do everything and be aware of everything. There is classes, homework, exams, projects, family, and even the phone are all competing to have your attention. This is the constant pressure that may be overwhelming. Nonetheless, you can study well without being stressed and tired with appropriate time management. It is not about the days of studying the whole day but to make the most of your time in order to have the opportunity to study and rest as well as to have fun.It is necessary to choose clear goals before you start studying. Ask yourself what you want to get done today, does it need to be completing one chapter, or a set of questions, or revising a topic. Specific objectives provide objectives to your study hours. In their absence, you might take hours of studying, but you might not get much. To be focused and motivated, you can write your daily goals in a notebook or notes application.


It may also help to make a small study schedule. Timetable enables you to keep organized and minimise panic at the lastminute. It does not have to be rigorous and complex. You will just need to split your day into study time, break time, sleep time, and free time. You may learn in the morning and revise in the afternoon, practise or do home work in the evening, as an example. Spending long hours studying without taking a break may cause you to be bored and feel tired. Rather, in short and focused sessions, studying becomes better and focused on concentration and memory. During studying, turn off your phone on silent, shut down the extra apps unrelated to the topic of your study and concentrate on a single subject at a time. These activities should not be fully stopped, but to a great extent restricting them can save you a lot of valuable time. There are those students who are most concentrated in the early morning hours and others conduct their study in the late evening hours. Note the times that you are fresh and alert and spend that time on hard topics or new ideas. During the periods of low energy, one can do lighter tasks.Another important skill is prioritisation. Not every task is valuable, and it is better to pay attention initially to the preparation of exams, timeframes, and problematic topics. Other work that is not urgent can be postponed. The most basic rule to take into account is that most things that are important and urgent must always be done first





Breaks are also important as much as studying. Breaks do not need to be considered as wastes, they assist in that you get to refresh your brain and avoid burnout. Use break time to stretch, drink water or take in a few deep breaths. Break time should not be spent on social media where possible since this may complicate resuming studying.sleeping is very essential in time management. Seven to eight hours of sleep per day make your brain work better enabling you to learn more quickly and relay information longer.
