Morning vs night study which is best

The most frequent question that students have is: Should I be a morning or a night student? There are students who will feel renewed and alert at the beginning of the day and there are those who cannot become quiet and concentrate until all the people have gone to sleep. The thing is--no one answer can be right to all. Any morning and night study are advantageous. The trick is to know which of them fits you the best

.

Benefits of Morning study

There are numerous benefits of studying in the morning particularly to those students who rise in the morning. The brain is refreshed, relaxed and more awake after a good night sleep. This simplifies the learning process of the hard concepts and memorization of what you learn. Morning study is also beneficial in creating discipline and a healthy routine. Distractors such as mobile phones, social media, and noise are also reduced. Studying in the morning, many students find it to be better at improving focus as well as taking a positive tone of the whole day.Morning study works well particularly with new subjects, reading theory, and learning subjects that require extensive thinking like mathematics, science or problem solving.

Benefits of night study

Night study is a strategy that suits a student who happens to be more active in the evening or at a late time. During the night, the surroundings tend to be calm and there are lesser interruptions in the form of people, calls, and day-to-day activities. Other students are more creative and concentrated at night particularly, during revising or writing. The night study may be useful, whether it is revision or memorising points, questions practice, or assignments. Nevertheless, sleep should not be compromised. Spending the whole night studying daily may become tiring, lack of concentration and health issues in the long run.

Should Morning or Night Be the best?

The more suitable one will be based on your body clock, lifestyle, and duties. When you are so sleepy and unconcentrated at night, cramming up at the late hours will not assist. In the same way, in case mornings are hectic or boring to you, night study can prove to be more effective. There are those students who opt to have a balanced approach that is to study hard subjects in the morning and review it at night. This technique is a combination of these two and is more effective in retention.

Note down the time when you are most active and energetic. Take a few days and study in the morning and another day, at night, and see where you have more focus and understanding. It is important to choose a time when you will be able to study on a regular basis, without becoming stressed. It is more about consistency rather than time of the day.It is best to study in the morning, when the mind is fresh, disciplined and with deep learning. Studying at night can be useful when one wants quiet concentration and revision. Neither is bad or good per se. The most ideal time to study is that which suits the energy level as well as one that will allow you to be consistent.

Keep in mind it is not so much when you study, but how you study. Do not make choices recklessly--and study, not stress.

Weak students study tips

The majority of students believe that they are not good learners since they score low grades, forget lessons so easily or require more time to grasp the study. However, in reality, there is not a weak student, he just a student who has not succeeded in finding a proper way of studying yet. The learning capacity lies in the hands of individual and knowledge of the same is the initial step towards perfection. One would be much better to call herself weak once again than feel that she is not able to study because it is harder than it is. One is better to believe that they can learn slowly instead of believing that they are unable to do so.This is among the most massive reasons of struggle as the students strive to memorise lessons without necessarily having to acquire the basics. Every new subject is disorienting and daunting with shaky ground. The need not to pass through the chapters should not influence students but comprehend the meaning of what they are learning. It can be far easier to learn and much more interesting when the lesson is read slowly, easy questions are asked like why and how, and when one can relate the lesson with examples of life surrounding him.The main thought most of the weak students have is that they must study long hours to have the power to get better but the long hour of studying without focus will only make one tired and frustrated. It is far better that we learn a little bit in a day. It can be productive even a half-hour or 45-minutes of focused study each day, even in the long run. Regularity is not as important as long-term study

The other important rule of improvement is the employment of simple methods of study. Complex approaches are unnecessary. In order to get a clear picture of reading a topic, it helps to have a better understanding of whatever you read by closing the book and discussing it in your own words. Memory is often improved through the process of writing short answers, writing short notes and rereading notes. The ability to explain something only tells you that you have studied that particular thing.Trying to know it all at the same time can overwhelm the poor students. It is better to deal with one topic or subject at a time. One subject to be improved can boost the confidence and motivation. The slight progress leads to the belief, which leads to the better performance in other subjects as well. When you think of yourself in relation to your toppers or your friends, they can demoralize you. The learning speeds and strengths of learners will differ. The comparison is uninterrupted and reduces self-confidence. Instead, you are able to compare your current performance with the previous performance and therefore you will be able to see improvement but a very slight change. The process of revision is not necessarily an easy task particularly to weak students, yet it need not be a stressful situation. It is better to divide the revision into small steps and update it every now and then rather than updating it once. One can revise one subject a day, write brief notes and review lessons shortly before sleeping to store information in the memory at a longer period.

A majority of the students do not wish to pose questions because they fear that their response will be criticized. Seeking assistance is however a sign that one is willing to learn and not feeble. One can learn using teachers, friends and internet resources. The reduction of suspicions in the first stage enables the suspicion to be reduced at a later stage. This also plays a crucial role in the care of the body and the mind to learn better. Unhealthy eating habits, sleeplessness and stress reduce concentration and memory. A good sleep, diet and rest will help the brain to perform better and enhance the studying process. The weakness in studying is not something that is there to stay. The process of change is slow, demanding time, patience and effort. The progressive change of one day can make a significant change in the future. With a correct frame of mind, any student can improve and with practice, they will be able to be confident with their studies.
